   Your GM and senior leadership set the direction. Then we bring in an ops leader, a reliability or maintenance lead, and whoever owns your reporting data. Small group. Clear owners. That's how decisions actually stick.

   Is this ESG or sustainability consulting?

   Not in the traditional sense. This is operational efficiency: better people, better process, and a healthy profit. We uplift people, drive performance, and cut the waste. Sustainability shows up as a byproduct of running better, not the mission itself. That's how ESG stops being a sunk cost.

   How do you use AI in the work?

   We teach practical AI literacy and time-back workflows, and help you build the AI usage policy that reduces your risk. You use your approved tools, like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot. We do not install AI. AI supports the team. It does not replace people.

   Timing depends on your operation. We always start with the lowest-friction wins first and close them with proof.
