   Not in the traditional sense. This is operational efficiency: better people, better process, and a healthy profit. We uplift people, drive performance, and cut the waste.    We teach practical AI literacy and time-back workflows, and help you build the AI usage policy that reduces your risk. You use your approved tools, like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot. We do not install AI. AI supports the team. It does not replace people.

   What's an AI Time-Back Lab?

   A 4-hour, hands-on workshop for up to 20 people. We teach AI in plain language and show your team how to use it safely, ethically, and efficiently for your business. We set the guardrails: what to give AI, and what never to give it. You use tools you've already approved: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot. The goal is time back from low-level tasks, so your people can focus on what matters to the business, your customers, and each other. 2 to 6 hours back per person, every week. That's the goal, not a promise.
